The Plein by Night
The Plein (literally: the Square) by Night. View of the exit of the parking garage beneath the Plein. On the horizon: the Hoftoren (literally: the Court Tower), a tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects (142 meters in height). The Hoftoren houses the Dutch ministry of Education, Culture & Science. Right in front of the Hoftoren: the Zurichtoren (Zurich Tower), an office building 88 meters in height, of architect Cesar Pelli (round, illuminated top). On the right of both buildings: the Castalia towers (triangular tops) of Michael Graves & Associates, an office building, 104 meters in height.
