Meneba Head Office and the Maashaven (4) (Rotterdam, the Netherlands)
Meneba's Head office and cereal processing plant located between the Maashaven harbour basin / Maashaven Zuidzijde and the Brielselaan. The plant was designed by architect Michiel Brinkman (Rotterdam, December 16, 1873 - Rotterdam, February 19, 1925) in 1913. After that the complex was extended by Brinkman himself and also by his son's (Jan Brinkman, Rotterdam, March 22, 1902 - Rotterdam, May 6, 1949) architectural office 'Brinkman en Van der Vlugt'. Nightfall / blue hour. The sign on the left part of the plant reads: 'Meelfabrieken' ('Flour Factories')
