The Latenstein flour factory (Meelfabriek) of architect J.J.M. Vegter with the green Codrico Cube (Codrico Kubus) as characteristic feature on top of it. Behind the Latenstein flour factory: the Montevideo, the World Port Center, the New Orleans, all located on the Wilhelminapier, the latter in course of construction. In the front: the Maashaven harbour basin.
