The Blaaktoren of architect Piet Blom, nicknamed Het Potlood (The Pencil). The Blaaktoren is a residential tower, 60.95 meter in height, completed in 1984. Photo shot from the Binnenrotteplein (Binnenrotte Square) with the West Nieuw Land in my back.
